Reservations
Room reservations can be made at any time. To make a reservation, call Suncadia directly at (866) 904-6300. Please identify yourself as attending the "PNWIS-AWMA meeting" to obtain the conference room rate of $149/night (single/double occupancy) plus the resort fee of $20/night. The resort fee provides each visitor with in-room wireless internet access, daily paper, in-room coffee, and access to the swim and fitness center.
If you are interested in extending your stay, the special rate is available to conference members 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference, depending on room availability.

Resort Amenities
The Swim and Fitness Center includes dual water slides, combination lap and leisure pool with whirpool spa area, saunas, and steam room. It also features state-of-the-art cardiovascular strength-training exercise equipment and weights.
